Scholar Track is a product of Klaversof Techsolutions LLP ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of the Scholar Track platform — the mobile application, the web dashboard at admin.scholartrack.in, and the WhatsApp notifications sent on a school's behalf.
By accessing or using Scholar Track — whether as a school, a principal, a school administrator, or a teacher — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the service.
Where a school signs up on behalf of its staff, the school accepts these Terms for all of its users and is responsible for their use of the platform.
Scholar Track lets teachers mark student attendance and automatically notifies parents on WhatsApp. It provides school administrators with attendance dashboards, reports, and user management.
The service is provided as-is, for the purpose described above. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Delivery of WhatsApp messages depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business API and on the parent's own network and device, and is outside our control.
You agree not to use Scholar Track to send content that is unlawful, misleading, or unrelated to school communication; to attempt to access another school's data; or to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
Fees are charged per active enrolled student per month, as set out on our pricing page. WhatsApp message charges levied by Meta are billed separately at actuals. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no minimum term, and may be cancelled at any time.
Handling of school, teacher, student, and parent data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The school remains responsible for obtaining any consents required under applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The Scholar Track software, brand, and design remain the property of Klaversof Techsolutions LLP. Attendance records and student data uploaded by a school remain the property of that school.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees paid by the school in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from an undelivered or delayed notification.
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, access to the dashboard and app ends, and data is retained and deleted in line with the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify active schools by email or in-app notification. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, India.
