What is the free pilot? +
The pilot lets you run Scholar Track with one real class — real students, real teacher, real WhatsApp notifications to parents — completely free. It takes about 15 minutes to set up live. There is no time limit on the pilot and no obligation to expand. If you want the whole school onboarded after, great. If not, that's fine too.
Is the demo free? +
Yes, completely free and there is no obligation to buy. We show you the product and answer your questions. The decision is entirely yours.
Do you come to the school or is it online? +
For schools in Noida and NCR we prefer to come in person — it's more effective and you get to see the actual phone experience. For schools outside NCR we do a video call. Both work well.
Who should attend the demo? +
Ideally the principal and whoever manages teachers — that's usually enough. The owner or trustee is welcome too but not required for the demo. We can always do a second session for decision-makers.
How quickly can we go live after the demo? +
For most schools: within 24–48 hours. We take your student and teacher data in a simple spreadsheet format, upload it ourselves, and your school is live. Teachers download the app and they're ready to go.
What do we need to prepare for the demo? +
Nothing. Just show up. We bring everything needed for the demo — phone, account, everything set up in advance with your school's name.
